The Website provides general information about Klashra’s business setup, visa, PRO, banking assistance, attestation, corporate tax and related services in the UAE, and lets you contact us or request information.

Our services are provided under a separate quotation, proposal or service agreement agreed with you. Where that agreement differs from these Terms, the agreement prevails.
Package prices shown on the Website are indicative starting prices. Final costs depend on your business activity, chosen jurisdiction, number of visas and other requirements, and are confirmed in writing before work begins. Government, free zone and third-party fees may change without notice.
Licences, visas, Golden Visas, bank accounts and other approvals are granted by government authorities, free zones, banks and other third parties. Klashra cannot guarantee that any application will be approved or completed within a particular time. Any timelines we give are estimates based on normal processing.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents, and to tell us promptly about any change. Delays or rejections caused by incomplete, incorrect or late information are not Klashra’s responsibility.
Payment terms are set out in your quotation or service agreement. Government and third-party fees that have already been paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable. Any refund of Klashra’s own service fees is handled under the terms of your service agreement.
The content of the Website, including text, graphics, the Klashra name, logo and mascot, is owned by or licensed to Klashra. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The Website links to third-party websites and services such as WhatsApp, YouTube, Google and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
To the extent permitted by law, Klashra is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website or its content, or from any period when the Website is unavailable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.
