Klashra Corporate Services provides business setup, visa, PRO, banking assistance, attestation, corporate tax and related corporate services in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our callback form, request our brochure, or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide. These may include your name, mobile number, email address, the service you are interested in and any message you send.

Information shared while we deliver a service. If you become a client, we may receive documents such as passport copies, visa copies, photographs, educational certificates and company documents. We use these only to process the service you have asked for.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit. Some of this is collected through cookies (see section 6).

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange a callback or consultation
• send you the brochure or information you requested
• provide, manage and follow up on the services you engage us for
• submit applications to government authorities, free zones, banks and other bodies on your behalf, where you have instructed us to

• improve our Website and services

We do not sell your personal information.

• UAE government departments, free zone authorities and other licensing bodies
• banks, when you ask us to help open an account
• typing centres, medical fitness centres, attestation offices and similar service providers involved in your application
• our IT, hosting and communication providers, who process data on our behalf
• authorities, where the law requires us to disclose information

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up on your enquiry. Client records are kept for as long as required to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

6. Cookies and third-party content

Our Website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to speed it up through caching, and to understand how visitors use it. Some pages show content from third parties, including Google Maps, Google reviews (displayed through Trustindex), YouTube and WhatsApp. These services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Website may not work properly if you do.
